I can't check in online. What should I do?

There can be several reasons why you might be unable to check in online. Ensure that you meet the following requirements to complete your online check-in:

  1. Has the check-in window opened? For most airlines, online check-in opens from 24 to 48 hours before departure. You can check on the airline's website to see when online check-in is available for your flight(s).

  2. Are you using the correct details to log in? Find your booking code on your e-ticket and use this number to log in on the airline's website.

If you're still unable to check in online, you may need to contact the airline directly.

Sometimes, you might only be able to check in at the airport or print your boarding pass at the airport.
