I want to change my booking

Modified on Fri, 30 Aug at 11:06 AM

Changing a booking is only possible if the fare conditions of the airline allow it. All costs charged by the airline for making changes are the responsibility of the traveler. Additionally, Airtrade Travel Services will charge a €35 administrative fee per ticket for each change made to the booking or parts of the booking.

If you have booked your flight(s) with a low-cost airline, you must contact the airline directly, as they are the only ones who can assist with changing your flight(s).

The airlines listed below are low-cost carriers; you can follow the link to go directly to the page for managing your booking:

Here is more information on how to log in to manage your booking with the following low-cost airlines:

Transavia

  • Enter your booking number, the lead passenger's last name, and the departure date.

Ryanair

  • Enter your details under 'Reservation Number' and click 'Verify Booking' (at the bottom of the page). Always use the booking reference and the unique email address we provided, which can be found in your e-ticket. Follow the verification steps. Do not enter your own email address, as it will not work.
  • Click on 'Manage Booking,' where you will get the option to change your flight(s) and/or name. Follow the steps and pay directly to Ryanair to confirm your change.

EasyJet & Wizzair

  • Changing your booking is only possible with a unique email address and password. You can create these on the EasyJet and Wizzair websites.

Other Low-Cost Airlines

  • If you are flying with another low-cost airline, go to the airline's website and log in with the details from your e-ticket or create an account first. Follow the steps on the website and pay directly to the airline to confirm your change. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with this.

If you are unable to make the changes, please contact the airline directly.
