If you choose to cancel a flight yourself, the refund policy varies depending on the airline and the type of ticket you purchased. You may be entitled to a full or partial refund, or your ticket may be non-refundable, meaning you will not receive a refund for your booking. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your ticket for the most relevant information regarding refunds in case of cancellation.
If you are entitled to a (partial) refund, we can assist you with the refund process. You will need to contact us directly for assistance.
Note:
If you booked your flight with a low-cost airline, you must contact the airline directly to cancel your flight(s) and request a refund (if applicable). In many cases, a low-cost airline will not offer a refund if you have to cancel the booking yourself.

Transavia
Enter your booking number, the last name of the main booker, and the departure date.
Ryanair
Enter your details under "Reservation Number" and then click on verify booking (at the bottom of the page). Always use the booking reference and the unique email address we created for you. You can find these details in your e-ticket. Then, follow the steps for verification. Do not enter your own email address, as it will not work.
Then click on "Manage Booking," where you will have the option to change your flight(s) and/or name. Follow the steps and pay directly to Ryanair to confirm your change.
Easyjet & Wizzair
You can only change your booking with a unique email address and password. You can create these on the Wizzair and Easyjet websites.
Other low-cost airlines
Flying with another low-cost airline? Go to the airline's website and log in with the details from your e-ticket or create an account first. Follow the steps on the website and pay directly to the airline to confirm your change. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this.
Having trouble making the change? Please contact the airline directly.
