You can request medical baggage and wheelchair assistance through the Customer Service Center of Airtrade Travel Services.
Other special baggage
You can request other types of special baggage (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments, etc.) directly on the airline's website. Typically, you will need to log in to the airline's website using your booking code, which you can find on your e-ticket.
Important!
If you booked your flight(s) with a low-cost airline, you must contact the airline directly, as they are the only ones who can assist you with booking special baggage and/or wheelchair assistance.
