Can I bring a pet?

Modified on Fri, 30 Aug at 11:15 AM

Would you like to travel with your dog, cat, or another pet on board? The rules for bringing pets on board vary by airline. Generally, small pets are allowed in the cabin as long as they are in a special kennel (and no other animals are present in the cabin). Larger animals must be transported in the cargo hold, also in a special kennel.

Important!
If you want to bring your pet on board or in the cargo hold and this is allowed by the airline, you must request this in advance. You can do so by contacting the Airtrade Customer Service Center.

The conditions and costs depend on the airline. We recommend visiting the airline's website for the most up-to-date information on prices and conditions for pet transportation.

If you booked your flight(s) with a low-cost carrier (e.g., Transavia, EasyJet, Ryanair, AirAsia, etc.), you must contact them directly to arrange pet transportation.
