When will I receive my e-ticket?

After making a booking, you typically receive the following documents within 1 hour:

  • E-Ticket + attachments
  • Invoice + attachments

Please check all the details on the e-ticket and invoice. If there is an error, we request that you contact us immediately via the contact form or by phone.

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 09:30 - 17:00
  • Sunday and public holidays: Closed
