There is a wrong name on my e-ticket

If your first or last name is incorrect on your e-ticket, you should contact us immediately.

Please note that most airlines charge fees for correcting names. Airtrade Travel Services always charges €35 per ticket for making a name correction (if allowed by the airline).


If you booked your ticket with a low-cost airline (e.g., Transavia, EasyJet, Wizzair, Ryanair, etc.), you must contact the airline directly.

  • Saturday: 09:30 - 17:00
  • Sunday and public holidays: Closed
