I get an error message when completing the booking and I have already paid

If you encounter an error during the booking process, you can contact the Airtrade Customer Service Center. They will assist you further.


It may also happen that you have paid for your booking and then receive an error message indicating that the booking cannot be completed. In such cases, do not make a new booking, but contact the Airtrade Customer Service Center immediately. It is possible that part of the booking was successful while another part was not.
