I get an error message when completing the booking?

If you experience an error during the booking process, you can contact Airtrade's Customer Service Center. They will help you further.


It is also possible that you have completed and paid for your booking and that you then receive an error message. Then do not try to make a booking again, but contact the Airtrade Customer Service Center directly. It is possible that part of the booking did not succeed, but that the other part did.
