I have received a flight change notification

For minor changes to your flight schedule, you often do not need to take any action. You can still use your original e-ticket to travel.

Unfortunately, airlines sometimes need to make adjustments to their schedules, and we have no control or influence over this. If this has happened with your flight(s), you should have received an email from us with details about the changes.


To avoid surprises, we recommend checking in online 24 hours before departure to view the most current flight schedule. When a major change is made to your schedule, the airline will require your confirmation to proceed. Your options are usually:

  • Accept the change(s);
  • Change to an alternative flight option;
  • Cancel the flight.
